Colors on your screen can differ from the actual product depending on your monitor and viewing environment. If the color is important, please check the actual color with the product's sample book before you order.
As stated on the Legal Notice based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions page, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer ordering mistakes, and we handle returns or exchanges when there is a defect such as dirt or damage.
Whether a difference from the color on screen qualifies for a return or exchange is decided by our team after checking the item and its condition. If you have a concern about the color of an item you received, please contact us from the support page with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will check it.

At ApparelX, we make every effort to take photos that clearly show the product color as much as possible, but
since each customer’s monitor color reproduction and viewing environment differ, if you are concerned, we recommend ordering a sample card before purchasing the product.

This is because even if the manufacturers provide inventory information, it cannot be shared in real time if stock is allocated by orders from other trading companies or customers. Normally, if an item is out of stock, we apologize, but we ask you to change to a similar product or color, or wait for the delivery date.
