8oz stretch denim is thinner than other 8oz denim. Since I had obtained a sample in advance, I purposely purchased this thickness. Even though it's a thin stretch, it still has the texture of denim. If the stretch is too strong, it will become crumbly, but this one has just the right amount of stretch, so it's very easy to handle, and I was able to sew it without worrying about the color fading.
