Double weave textile is a woven fabric in which the front and back layers are partially bonded together with binder yarns and similar materials. We handle textiles mainly made of polyester, as well as cotton, cupro, and linen, and offer special materials and others, along with plain weaves. Takisada products are also available.
For projects that call for thickness, fullness, and a look on both sides, choose by checking how the front and back sides appear. Polyester is a good reference when you want to take advantage of strength, dimensional stability, and quick-drying performance, while cotton is a guide when absorbency and a soft feel against the skin are important. For dot and check patterns, also check how the dots and grid lines appear.
