For example, if you want to purchase exactly 40 m, add 20 m to the cart, then add the same SKU to the cart again. (The cutting fee will be charged for two items.)

Can I purchase all of Vancet's cut stock?

Yes, it is possible.
Even when picking up cut stock, VANCET also performs inspection, so a cutting fee will be charged.
Also, because it is cut stock, the quantity may vary. In that case, we will issue a refund based on the delivered quantity.

I would like to know the processing status and delivery date for colors that are out of stock.

Please inquire via the Support Page with the product number, color number, and required meterage.
We will check the manufacturer for future processing plans and delivery dates.

Can Sojitz Fashion’s fabrics be shipped directly from the manufacturer?

Sojitz Fashion's fabrics can generally be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
If you would like direct shipment from the manufacturer, please write "manufacturer direct shipment requested" when placing your order.
* For afternoon orders, even if you request direct shipment from the manufacturer, the earliest shipment from the manufacturer will be the next business day.
Also, if you would like cash on delivery as your payment method, direct shipment from the manufacturer is not available.

There is a white mark on the fabric selvedge; is this a stain?

This is not a stain, but a glue mark made during the manufacturing process. Since knit fabrics curl at the edges,
to prevent this curling, glue is sometimes applied during the tentering process (final setting process), which can leave marks like this on the selvedge.

Is a cutting fee charged even when purchasing all available stock?

We apologize, but basically, even if you purchase all available stock, a cutting fee will be charged for each order under 20 m. We appreciate your understanding.

Can the SLK series be washed?

The SLK series is not washable silk.
We recommend dry cleaning.

Can I place an order for fabric without any joins?

Cut-to-order quantities are possible, but for orders of 5 m or more, piece breaks may occur.
If there is a piece break in a cut order, we cut it a little longer.
Also, even for rolls, there may be piece breaks, so please place your order with some extra allowance (loss).

I ordered the fabric by roll, but isn’t the quantity the same as what I ordered?

When you order fabric by roll, it is usually arranged as an estimated roll, so the quantity may be slightly above or below the quantity you ordered.
Therefore, if we need to change the quantity from what you ordered, we will notify you of the updated quantity by email each time.
If the quantity is greater, we will request additional payment for the difference; if the quantity is less, we will refund the difference within a few days after shipment is completed.

I would like the test data for the fabric.

The color of the sample card swatch and the actual fabric I ordered differ. Can it be exchanged?

There may be slight differences depending on the fiber material, and fiber products can vary in color from lot to lot. For that reason, we cannot offer an exchange for slight variations, but if the color difference is significant, we will consult with the manufacturer and arrange an exchange or other appropriate response.

I would like hang tags and woven labels for fabric with a trademark.

Regarding hang tags and woven labels, if the manufacturer selling them is different, the prices, terms, etc. will also differ. If you order the fabric, we can arrange it from as little as one piece. In principle, hang tags are often available, but woven labels may not be, so when ordering the fabric, please let us know the fabric product number and the number of hang tags/woven labels, etc.

I purchased a sample card, but there are colors not listed on ApparelX. Is it possible to purchase them?

Yes, it is possible. The sample card will be updated when the manufacturer adds new colors, but they may not be listed on ApparelX.
Please contact us from here with the product number and color number you want.

If I buy the fabric by roll, is it possible to be told the one roll's length in advance?

If you order by roll, the number of meters allocated per roll varies depending on the timing of the order, so we cannot inform you of the meter count.
Also, we are very sorry, but because the length of one roll differs, we cannot specify the meter count.

What color is the PFP?

P下, PFP (Prepare for Print), refers to undyed, unprocessed fabric that has been treated for dyeing and printing.

Is custom dyeing possible for colors not listed on the sample card?

Since availability, lead time, unit price, etc. vary depending on the product number, please note it on the support page or in the remarks field when placing your order. We will confirm with the manufacturer.

If there is no P-base option, can printing not be done?

If there is no variation for P下 or dyeing color numbers, we may also print on white and similar colors, but depending on the chemicals, there are cases where the print does not adhere well. Please try it with a sample.

The sample card came with a woven label and hang tag, but aren't they included with fabric orders?

The woven label and hang tag must be arranged separately. If you enter the desired quantities in the remarks field when placing your order, we will confirm with the manufacturer whether they can be arranged.
Once confirmed, we will let you know the payment method.

Is it possible to have the fabric printed?

If it is a fabric with P backing, printing is possible.
If you provide the data and quantity, we will send you a quote.

Is it possible to have the fabric cut to a specified size?

It depends on the type and size of the fabric. (A separate processing fee will apply.)

Can Pertex fabric be arranged?

We are sorry, but fabrics such as Pertex are not sold as stock items.
Since they are fabrics that must be procured in lots after applying for the brand while respecting trademarks, we are unable to arrange them.

Do you carry colors that are not listed in the color swatch?

There may be cases where a color is not shown on the product page due to new colors being added, etc. We may be able to arrange it, so please contact us.

It is the thinnest and firmest textile in the CLEANSE series and is easy to handle.
If you have one piece, it is a useful textile for making masks.
It can be sandwiched in the middle, or used on either the outer or lining.

It is especially used as the lining textile for masks.
It has a good reputation for being soft to the touch and not causing skin irritation.
It doesn't wrinkle after washing and seems to dry quickly.
It is recommended because it is made of antibacterial and antiviral textile.
However, I would appreciate it if the textile was a little thinner, so I would like TC broadcloth to sell a thinner textile than what they currently have.
